Mr Raujesh Agarrwal has been holding the post of Chairman & Director of the Company. In this role he has been leading the company with a singular focus on animal health. He has 22 years of business experience right from raw materials to finished products. With him at the helm, ALS has grown manifold over the last 10 years.

He holds a bachelor degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and an MBA from SP Jain College of Management, Mumbai, India.

Dr Sanjeev Sarkar has 25 years of Pharmaceutical business development, operations, product management, training & development experience from grassroots level to senior management level with different renowned Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in India & Africa.

He holds a bachelor degree in Pharmacy from Bangalore University and MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Doctorate in Management with specialization in International Business Management.

Mr. Mangesh Bhosale has twenty four years of rich experience of holding senior positions in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Costing, Secretarial and Compliances across industries with various renowned companies.

He holds a degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai and is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a post graduate degree in Law.

Dr Dalius Leonard has experience in different veterinary sales & marketing, training of farmers, disease profile and therapy management in all parts of Tanzania, since past 6 years.
